Knights of Columbus

“An Experience of Life Time”

Holy Child Council was founded in 1952 through the efforts of 74 Catholic gentlemen, guided not only by our belief in God and the Catholic Church, but by our belief in each other, and in ourselves. Believing that a man is defined by his actions as a follower of God, and as a leader in his community.

Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to practical Catholic men who are at least 18 years of age.

Men’s Club

“Increasing one’s individual spiritualism.”

Our Men’s club was founded to promote the spiritual well-being of the men of Holy Child Parish and to contribute positively to the spiritual and temporal needs of the parish community. In turn, we actively participate in parish activities for the common good, and perform special tasks and projects that contribute toward the general welfare of the parish community.

We welcome all men of our parish 21 and older to join in fellowship on the second Tuesday of each month in St Teresa Regional School Hall. As well as meeting socially for the purpose of Catholic fellowship we offer volunteer which include hosting monthly Donut Sundays, Breakfast with Santa and grillers for our annual Parish Picnic just to name a few. We host various Casino Bus trips, Good Friday Ecumenical service with Chew United Methodist Church and an annual communion breakfast.

The Society is part of the Rosarian and Sodality movement within the Catholic Church. Our main purpose is the promote devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, particularly through the Rosary.
